After a tightly-knit first set, the Golden Spikers squeezed through a two-point advantage, 24-22.

However, DLSU catapulted a 4-0 spree out of UST’s errors to snatch the first set. 24-26.

The Golden Spikers committed 15 of their 40 errors in the first set alone, the most by any team this season.

La Salle led the entire third set with Kampton, Ronquillo and Maglinao leading the Green Spikers offense.

An attack error from UST's Josh Ybañez gave La Salle two sets to one advantage.

The Green Spikers carried their hot form into the fourth set, with Maglinao scoring seven points in the set while Kampton dropped six to leave UST behind in the fourth.

An attack error from Sherwin Umandal ultimately gave La Salle the win.

Josh Ybañez led the scoring department for UST with 20 points, while Jay Rack De La Noche and De Vega contributed with nine and eight points, respectively in the losing effort.
