A Thomasian snagged a spot in the top 10 of October 2022 chemical engineering board examinations, results showed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday, Oct 18.

Thomasian Denver Recayo Pascua clinched the seventh spot with an 84.50-percent mark.

UST has a 61.60-percent passing rate this year, with 77 passers out of 125 examinees.

Jerome Ignatius Tan Garces from De La Salle University-Manila topped the boards, followed by Oliver Roy Prayon Mañgosing from Xavier University.

The University of the Philippines-Diliman is hailed as the top-performing school for the said boards, posting a 96.36-percent passing rate.

There are 531 passers out of 1,036 examinees, according to the PRC.

The boards were conducted in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, and Legazpi last October 11, 12, and 13.
