In celebration of this year's anticipated Paskuhan Grand Concert, the Office of Secretary General (OSG) released a circular on the guidelines and the program’s flow Thomasians should look out for.

With the theme #WitnessingtheJoyofChristmas, the Paskuhan Concert will commence today, Dec. 21, at the University’s Grandstand and open field.

Released on Wednesday, Dec. 20, the circular included transportation plans, safety and security guidelines, and the complete flow of the program that Thomasians are expected to follow and observe.

Similar to the celebration of the Paskuhan Mass and Agape last Wednesday, Dec. 13, the concert will also be a Carless Day to give way to vehicles of the performers and Paskuhan suppliers entering the campus.

The circular further said that deliveries from suppliers will be ‘within a limited time slot’ only. Parishioners and UST hospital visitors will also be ‘given their respective separate access to the campus.’

As for the University’s safety and security guidelines, the updated health protocols set by UST for Special Guests and Visitors will be strictly observed, and are required to follow inspection measures upon entering the campus entry gates.

A three-step inspection will be done by security personnel, including bag inspection and frisking, tapping of the official UST School ID Card or Alumni ID Card on systems found on the entry gates, and security tagging.

The security guidelines also noted harmful objects that are strictly prohibited for students to bring, including pointed and sharp objects, plastic bottles, glass bottles, lighters, cigarettes, alcoholic beverages, and so on.

On-ground events before the concert, such as the Paskuhan Raffle and Meet-and-Greet, will officially start at 10:00 a.m. and end at 12:00 p.m.

The Paskuhan Concert is expected to begin at 2:00 p.m. and last until 8:00 pm.

Like last year, this year’s Paskuhan festivities are exclusive to Thomasians.
