Thomasians clinch top spots in October 2023 ChemEng Boards

Two Thomasians snagged top spots in the October 2023 Chemical Engineering (ChemEng) Licensure Board, results showed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday, Oct. 20.

Thomasians Charlene Mendoza and Justin Tolentino shared the ninth spot after posting an average of 84.80 percent.

The University posted an average rating of 77.22 percent, with 61 passers out of its 79 examinees.

Meanwhile, Roby Ching of De La Salle University - Manila topped the boards with a score of 90 percent.

The University of the Philippines - Diliman was hailed as the top-performing school in the October 2023 Chemical Engineer licensure exams after posting a perfect passing rate.

There are 651 passers out of 927 examinees for the ChemEng boards, according to the PRC.

The chemical engineering licensure examinations were conducted in the cities of Metro Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, and Rosales last Oct. 14 to 16.
