Eight Thomasians earned spots in the Top 10 of the Occupational Therapists Licensure Examination (OTLE), results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday, Dec. 17 showed.
Thomasian Cesar Joseph Pulmano Lim led the new batch of occupational therapists with a rating of 87.20 percent.
Other Thomasians listed in the Top 10 are as follows:
- Isabella Camille Duran - No. 4 (85.00 percent)
- Queenee Jane Brythel Apa-ap - No. 5 (84.80 percent)
- Monique Esmile - No. 7 (84.40 percent)
- Zharylle Gayeta - No. 7 (84.40 percent)
- Marion Carsido Lucero - No. 8 (84.20 percent)
- Ross Alleine Ramos - No. 8 (84.20 percent)
- Ray Anthony Torres - No. 9 (84.00 percent)
The University ranked second among the top-performing schools with a passing rate of 98.28 percent, after 57 out of its 58 takers passed.
Preceding UST in the list of top-performing schools is the University of the Philippines - Manila with a 100 percent passing rate.
The December 2024 Occupational Therapists examinations produced 353 passers from 536 examinees, with the PRC administering testing centers in NCR, Cebu, Davao, Pampanga, and Rosales. - N. Manalang
