UST Tiger TV and UST Tiger Radio back on air this February 5, 2024

Ready to #FeelTheRoar with more amplified reverberations and colorful hues still with Tiger Media Network this 2024? With UST Tiger TV and UST Tiger Radio as its official platforms, the network has been able to carve out creative outlets to showcase the rich Thomasian heritage through beautiful crafts, state-of-the-art media productions, exceptional talents, and various significant projects through the years. It has been home to many successful student leaders, performers, artists, writers, and individuals across all fields. Indeed, UST Tiger TV stands steadfast in its commitment to delivering quality paradigms of broadcasting services to the whole Thomasian community while staying true to the university's core values and vision.

UST Tiger TV and UST Tiger Radio proudly announce the return of its teleradio show, TIGER RUSH, broadcasting every 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., comprising an array of segments that aim to feature diverse talents, passions, and experiences of the different colleges, faculties, departments, and accredited student organizations of the university. All creative productions shall be aired online and on the television sets in the lobbies around the campus. TIGER RUSH is a complete package of meaningful and sensational segments ranging from the promotion of nutrition through “TO MAS NUTRIO-USTE” and highlighting of the evident impact of student-led organizations through “#OOTD (Org of the Day)” to the recognition of remarkable feats achieved by fellow Thomasians in “TomaSINO” and tackling of business and finance-related topics in “BREADTALK.” Thomasian alumni shall also be given the opportunity to revisit their beautiful journeys in the university to offer inspiration to all current and future breeds of growling tigers through “TRAILBLAZERS.” The ins and outs of travel and tourism shall be covered by “Tara, Biyahe,” and mental health awareness campaigns and initiatives shall be the focal point of “Kolehi-U.” Sports-related content will be the plot of “JUMPSTART,” and finally, “PLATE DATE” shall fill the grumbling stomachs of bone-tired Thomasians braving study demands all day with delicious recipes and must-try dishes. All of these adrenaline rush-triggering shows are made possible only in TIGER RUSH!

UST Tiger Radio is set to return to its daily airing schedule from 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. on its official e-radio portal at mixlr.com/ustigeradio. The lineup of shows includes "Thomasian Viewpoint," which is every Thomasian’s comfort show. It features the adulthood struggles of every student as well as life lessons that can be picked up along the way. “Take Care, Tiger" tackles health and self-care tips that students may need. Healthcare professionals may guest and provide care tips, treatment, and advice.

"Curious Tiger," a show where students can send in song requests together with their story behind it through the app “NGL” "Kwentomasino," featuring daily stories from the Thomasian community; "Off the Court," dedicated to sports and highlighting UAAP Thomasian athletes; "Tiger Musika," is a show wherein local Thomasians artists showcase their skills, stories, and talents through live airing performances. The show also highlights the Filipino music industry; "Tiger Talk Over," a game and debate show covering UST Culture, Pop culture, and timely Thomasian discourse; "Hello, Annyeong," a show dedicated to fans of Asian POP Groups—KPOP, JPOP, CPOP, PPOP—where dedicated fans can request, promote, and discuss their favorites; "Street Mix," keeping listeners updated on global pop cultures, discussing trends, lifestyle, fashion, art, music, and artists; and "Tiger Hustle," is a show featuring small businesses owned by Thomasians. It is a platform for small business owners to share their stories, promote, and inspire others.

With amazing tiger jocks and well-crafted segments, the creative mixture of fun, purpose, and entertainment shall guarantee all Thomasians the best of the best experiences from the only station where you #HearTheRoar! Make sure to tune in and stay updated with the latest stories!
