This is the eight-year streak of the University to perfect the said boards, results showed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on June 10, Friday evening.
The University maintained a 100-percent passing rate in the April 2018 electronics technician licensure exams while it improved to 66.67 percent in the electronics engineering boards.
The University registered an 82.61-percent passing rate this year, an improvement from February last year's 79.49 percent.
The University garnered a passing rate of 61.54 percent, significantly lower than last year’s 94.15 percent.
This year 6,836 out of 14,322 examinees nationwide passed the examination.
UST also topped the LET last year as it got a 96.21 percent passing rate (127 passers out of 132 examinees).
