USTET 2013 results now released online (January 28)

January 28, 2012, 12:00 AM — The UST Office for Admissions released online the results of recent the University of Santo Tomas Entrance Test (USTET).

Results of the said test can be checked here. To see the result, applicant must log-in to the portal using his or her Applicant Number and surname.

Last week, the results of the USTET were posted along the Alumni Walkway inside the campus.

January 25, 2013 — Results of the USTET are now posted around the University.

January 24, 2013 — To all USTET student examinees, please be informed that the results of the University of Santo Tomas Entrance Test (USTET) for A.Y. 2013-2014 will be released online starting January 28, 2013 (Monday).

Results will also be communicated through University postings starting this January 26, 2013 (Saturday) and through the status letter to be mailed in the applicant’s school address.

If you passed admission test please refer to the following requirements for your enrolment:

Please bring USTET Permit / Result Form for identification purposes.
Pay a non-refundable reservation fee of PhP 5,000.00. (This shall be deducted from the tuition fee upon enrolment.)
Please submit the following requirements on the date specified by the Office of the Dean:

Original copy of Form 138 (High School Report Card);
One (1) certificate of Good Moral Character from principal and guidance counselor or class adviser;
One (1) pc. 2″ x 2″ picture;
Original copy of verified Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) for Resident or Immigrant aliens; passport/student visa for non-resident aliens.

Failure to comply with the above requirements will mean forfeiture of your enrolment slot.

  only way is go to ust, sa espana area. and manually look for your GF’s name sa list of passers. congrats to her if you find her name. need mo lang is know her course. first and 2nd choice.

what on earth is Form 138? and which 3rd grade HS report card; the 3rd year or the 3rd quarter of Senior’s year? We don’t have 3rd quarter since we’re trimestral… what to do??

  just write a letter to your high school and request for a form 138. That’s your Fourth Year High School Card. I think The difference in semesters from other schools will not be an issue..To be sure, just bring the original copy of all your report cards.And ask for assistance at the tan yan kee building offices of admissions or go to the dean’s office of the college you are applying for. I am sure that they will gladly assist you.

  As far as I know, reconsideration will be applied lang po if you are on the waiting list and hindi ka naconsider. Yun ang alam ko po. Try calling the office po.

hello po. =)… To start of, I got waitlisted for my first choice of course in ust, which is BS PHARMACY.   @twitter-331980203:disqus If the requirements are already needed in the report dates, do bring them – confirm with the Office for Admissions. From what we know, the other option is to transfer to the University after a year, but that option will depend on the admission policies of the University and the college you want to transfer and there is no guarantee whatsoever that you will be admitted.

  That will solely depend on the remaining slots to be filled. Please do report on the dates indicated so that you can confirm whether your child can be reconsidered, it will not hurt if you will follow up every now and then with the Faculty of Engineering or UST OFAD.

      Only the UST Office for Admission can assist you to retrieve your applicant number. Please do try again calling their hotline from time to time, eventually you will be attended to. The calls received by UST OFAD has surged since the USTET release and they are doing everything to accommodate all inquiries.

  That is dependent on the policies implemented per college/faculty, but it is highly encouraged that the applicants themselves are the ones who will process their application – just bring along a companion if you prefer to.
  Kindly call the faculty concerned or call the UST Office for Admissions for clarification. Those wait-listed will have to report on speciifc dates (again this is specific per college/faculty). If you are wait-listed, do call the faculty/college you are wait-listed to to confirm your reporting dates and necessary requirements.

gud day. my son recieved his ustet results last feb. 16. it was stated that if he is interested in the college of rehab sci, he should send an email . unfortunately the deadline for the acceptance was last feb.5. meron na syang certification from his school na talagang narecieved nya yung results a week after the deadline.should we visit the ofad in the crs and explain what happened. my son is intersted to be part of the crs. tnx we are from bicol. glenn
