The UST Lady Spikers owned Game One of the Shakey’s V-League held today, June 3, 2012, at The Arena in San Juan.
After the first set won by the Lady Eagles at 25-16, the Lady Spikers took the following sets. Scores for the second up to the fourth set are as follows: 25-20, 25-22, and 25-23. The game became more intense at the fourth set as both teams tied at 22.
Mary Jean Balse is the best player of the game as she made 11 points (9 attacks and 2 serves).
Game Two of the Finals is scheduled on Tuesday, June 5, 2012.
